On 21 June 2019, Global Peace met with the Secretary General of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) Mr. Bonanian Golmohammadi and members of the WFUNA Office in New York, USA.
The World Federation of United Nations Associations represents and coordinates a membership of over 100 national United Nations Associations (UNAs) and the various constituents of these associations. Global Peace through the Inter-Generational Dialogues (IGDs) is looking to engage with young people around the world and the meeting discussed how WFUNA through their UNAs could partner with Global Peace to create greater engagement within the IGDs among young people.
