Monique Sawyer is an award-winning Pageant Queen, currently representing Australia and competing in the International Ms pageant under the title Mrs Western Australia 2024. With a background in law, Monique has had a professional career as a family lawyer and holds a Master of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
Monique utilises the best of her skills and talents to advocate for those facing adversity and engages in philanthropic endeavours. She is an ambassador for the charity, Fostering Hope Australia Inc and fundraises for various charities, including the mental health “Still She Rose” initiative.
Highly regarded as an inspirational role model, Monique shares her story of triumph over adversity as a teenage mother to an empowered woman highlighting the importance of resilience and the pursuit of dreams through global media features. Her journey serves as a powerful testament to never giving up on one’s goals.
Monica is a Global Peace Alumni who supports and takes part in speaking engagements and chairing of Global Peace events. Global Peace welcomes Monique Sawyer to the Global Peace Team and wishes her well in her new appointment.
