Highlights from the Global Inter-Generational Dialogue

No better way to celebrate our first 25 Inter-Generational Dialogues, which were held globally, than with a Global IGD, which we held during the United Cities and Local Governments Congress. Next year we plan to hold 75 IGDs as part of the UN 75 Global Conversations.

The Global IGD, which was moderated by Global Peace Founder, Dr Vasu Gounden, included young leaders and Global Peace Ambassadors from Ghana, India, Brazil and Italy; Prisca Amponsah: Student of Law at University of Ghana, Raghav Ranganathan: Manford Centre for Peace, Tamires Gomes Sampaio: Director of Lula Institute, Sofia Moschin: Council Of Europe Delegate, Italy. They were joined by Imen Ouardini, the Vice-Mayor of Sousse, Miriam Iddrisu, from the Sagnarigu Municipal Assembly and UCLG REFELA, Jan van Zanen, the Mayor of Utrecht, Johnny Araya Monge, the Mayor of San José, Aníbal Gaviria, elected governor of Antioquia, Aisen Nikolaev, Head of the Sakha Republic.
