Global Peace is designed to contribute to finding innovative solutions to the rapid exponential population growth, rapid urbanization, destabilizing climate change, a volatile global financial system, mass migration, and the ever-increasing threat of nuclear war that has placed our planet in a race against time. It is in this context that. Work together for a better world, Global Peace will act as a catalyst for collaborative efforts; from the mitigation of conflict to addressing the root causes of conflict bringing together innovators, implementers, influencers and investors, harnessing twenty-first century creativity and innovation to find practical, implementable and cost-effective solutions to global challenges that have local and global consequences.
Global Peace epitomizes not merely the absence of war but represent a symbolic relationship between sustainable peace and development that focuses on our four pillars:

In 2019 Global Peace held several Global Peace Intergenerational Dialogues in many cities and in many countries across the world as one of its innovative interventions.
What was it? Global Peace Intergenerational Dialogue brought together people from different age groups such as youth, adults, elders, and often policymakers, activists, and community leaders. It brought about legitimacy and ownership where peace agreements last longer when all age groups feel they were part of shaping them.
IMPACT!
The intergenerational dialogues gave birth to 3 things namely:
1. Builds trust across age divides that are often exploited during conflict.
2. Transfers knowledge so peacebuilding isn’t reinvented every 20 years.
3. Creates joint accountability where youth aren’t just “the future,” and elders aren’t just “the past.” Everyone owns the present.
