Megi Marku is a distinguished Alumni of Global Peace who played an instrumental part of the UN ECOSOC YR 2023. At the UN ECOSOC YR 2023, Megi Marku was designated a speaker during Europe, North America and Other States Regional Breakout Sessions. Megi Marku made several presentations on modern-day isolation faced by youth, particularly from marginalized communities relative to their political participation, healthcare and educational opportunities.
She is also an ardent advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities and adolescent mothers in Albania.
